And like you, I began to understand that the true strength lies within the individual. The trick is for people to discover that magic within and harness its power. Too many people never bother to look within. I had a friend who had divorced a bad man and getting involved too soon with another guy. I told her she needed time to mourn that relationship and get to know herself and what truly matters to her; what she wanted from her life. Her response? "I don't want to know myself; I want to know someone else." Sigh.
