A nice little piece on the pencil!
Pencils...always trying to find one! Thanks for your comment on my last post, Rel. Yes I have lost weight, about 20 or so kg.
Short but every word counted, very clever!Christine
Yes, very pleasing, as was your poem.
Nice piece. I really should use a creative pencil more often. Used to love a good doodle!
So visual..well done!
Loved it. It's hard to sound like Yoda and make it beautiful. But you did. :)
ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW!loved loved loved it!!
love the allusion to the skyline...very nice. i love using a pencil...as long as it has an eraser...smiles. nice magpie!
I have a little trouble with the scratching sound the pencil makes when I write with it. I do like the fact that I can easily erase it though.
scenic end to a nicely written magpie!
LIked the vowel shift at the end if each stanza in place of a straight rhyme!
I love your poem about the pleasing look of the arrangement of pencils, like the Manhattan skyline. Simple and lovely.
cute take, few remarks say a lot.cheers!mine is up.
I really liked the opening it made me smile. Clever Magpie.
