Day 15 for nablopomo
Last day of Anesthesia Conference. (0800-1230)
Yesterday's lectures didn't begin until 1500. D. and I took the free morning to have an early breakfast and then we attempted to climb ventana canyon (a steep canyon behind the hotel, 6 miles round trip.) We climbed for a hour and a half and were about 15 min. from the top when we stopped and turned around to make the descent. It was a moderately difficult climb and very enjoyable.

Yeah? Well, here in the Midwest it's cold and drizzling on and off and any hiking would be really unpleasant. Who's jealous now?...Oh, still me.
Please tell D she is not allowed to look so gorgeous whilst hiking!
That last photo of the water is so pretty, too.
P.S. Thanks Rel for your 'phone call' the other day. It made me laugh, and definitely cheered me up!
"Moderately difficult climb" and "very enjoyable" does not belong in the same sentence...at least in mine!!! lol Oh Rel, the pictures are delightful and what great scenery! Did D make the inukshuk? Terrific picture of her:-) Have a safe trip home my friend!!
That last picture is especially pretty Rel. Thats quite a hike!
What beautiful, clear and bright pictures. You have a good camera or you are a good photographer, or both!
Those are some nice pics there rel. That last one looks real peaceful...
Wonderful photos - sounds like you're staying in a great place!
