Well This could easily be a rant against United Airlines, but since I'm 5 hours late for work I'll just make a short note to comply with nablopomo and when and if I get a free moment later I'll do a more intense synopsis.
We were to be home at 2000 last night. We arrived home at 1030 this morning and without our luggage!
Stay tuned. maybe after a day in the OR I'll calm down a bit.
Tucson was great, the meeting was informative and it's good to be home!
Now I'm going to shave and head to work.

Uh Oh, sounds like someone had a bad experience with the airlines. They do manage to screw things up , dont they? You would think with all their so called technology they could get someone from point a to point b on time and with their luggage! Will tune in later to read what happened.Glad you are back safe and sound.

Well, that's certainly not performance, U.A. :( Hope your luggage arrives safely very soon, and your employer was understanding about the situation.
On a brighter note, I really enjoyed the "diary" from your time in AZ, as well as all of the great photos. Thanks so much for taking us along. :)
Oh dear, I do hope you get your luggage back soon and how terrible you were delayed that long!! Glad you're home safe and sound though:-) Awww Rel, what a cute picture of you at 10...were we ever that young?? lol By the way, did you enter my Chocolate Contest yet?? It ends tonight at midnight...you just need to guess how many jelly beans in the bag. The right guess will win a sampler box of my chocolates:-)

Wow that is a long time to wait. I haven't ever flown on an airline but I can understand the being late part. :)

What a cute little boy you were in your baseball uniform! Sorry about the awful flight experience, it's a shame such a good trip ended so badly. I've had something similar happen coming back fom Canada via Paris, the flight was late landing and I made the connection but my luggage didn't. It's a very unpleasant feeling standing alone at the carousel and realising that your luggage is really,really not going to appear!
Oh NO! Sounds like you had a very bad night. Hope by the time you're reading this it's all been sorted out (and that steam has stopped jetting out of your ears!) ;)
