I've got a better idea, Do a Sunday Scribbling first, then go for a run.

What the heck is an idea anyway?
For me, an idea is a nebulous concept originating in the "mind"; that group of neurons in our grey matter that form a community of committees to bombard us with mental images. When the "light goes on" we say eureka, I have an idea.

Good food
Good wine
That's my idea of a good time.

I love your idea post and the fact that you can run today. It's freezing rain here, so I can't run outside and there's an indoor track meet at the rec building, so I can't run inside either. I hate being grounded.
